Hi! I’m Erica, a certified critical care registered nurse with over 6 years ICU experience, 10+ years in healthcare, a current student registered nurse anesthestist and a certified American Heart Association CPR/BLS instructor.

As the founder of Nurse Beyond Average, my mission is to go beyond the average, delivering exceptional care and empowering others through high quality CPR and safety training. I combine real-world clinical knowledge with hands-on teaching so you walk away not only certified, but confident.

When emergencies happen, the average response isn’t enough. That’s why I created Nurse Beyond Average: to train individuals, schools, healthcare providers, and parents to respond effectively and save lives!
